Refund policy
RETURNS
Returns must first be approved.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ACCESSORIES, SALE ITEMS, LAST CHANCE ITEMS, & ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ON THEIR DESCRIPTION.
Returns are accepted up to 14 days from delivery date - if the item is in original condition. All items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with no visible signs of wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc.
Customer is responsible for return shipping (with the exception of defective items). Shop May is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments. We require a proof of return tracking number emailed to us within the 14 day return window, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
Please contact support@shopmay.co with a snapshot of the product and packing slip that was included with your order and we will assist you as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
EXCHANGES
At this time we do not issue exchanges on any items.
STORE CREDIT
At this time we do not issue store credit.
*Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
