Standard Delivery

Standard delivery includes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Packages arrive within 5-8 business days.

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days from order date and shipped with shipping method selected. During new releases, holidays, etc. there can be an additional 3-5 business days of processing time.

Standard mail packages are not insured.

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. We only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

Please note, Shop May is not liable for incorrect information including shipping information submitted at checkout. Please double check your address before submitting your order.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Shop May is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department.

Orders may not be cancelled after 12 pm ET date of purchase. Any exceptions made will incur a 15% restocking fee.

We are not responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes required by customs. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
